Hello my name is Jayme Kennerknecht and to the left you see my best friend Jasper. Yeah, kind of a red neck name but none the less he my pet Puggle. We got Jasper when he was just 8 weeks old back in the year 2007 and been a very prominent member of our family ever since. I hope that Jasper will live a very long life as my wife and I love him very much so we are constantly trying to raise him as we would a child so as to keep him out of danger and keep him healthy. If you have never heard about Puggles I will give you some info on his back round and why we do what we do. As well I would like to let you know about me so we can be one the same page as to the type of people we are and who you are dealing with. Finally I would like to go over what I would like to get out of this website for you and your possible new, and possibly hard to handle pet that you have now.
Jasper is a “Puggle,” that is a Beagle mixed with a Pug. Puggles are what breeders refer to as a “hybrid.” Some animal breeders that only breed just the typical pure breed animal do not like to mix the breeds to develop new ones they do not think it is right. I am not going to get into that because we love our pet and have ever since day one. The good parts about Jasper is that he is very smart so training him was quite simple with some guidance through some of the websites I have listed through out. The only bad part about jasper is that he is very hard to maintain his weight. You are mixing a Pug which is usually heavyset with a Beagle which is usually heavy set. I will give you two guesses which one was the dominant trait. I have found a few very good websites for these health issues as well as I have listed them through out.
As you well know my name is Jayme and to the right is my awesome wife Sherry. She takes most responsibility as to what goes on in Jasper’s life as I work long hours to pay bills between this website and my present job that requires me to work 54 hours per week. We have been together for about 18 year and we love each other very much. I can not think of a time where we did not have a dog if not owning two at a time for some time. We almost depend on the relationship that we have with our pets to keep our sanity in the world today. Both of us agree that having a pet weather it be a pure breed out a so called mixed breed that they all loads of love to give to their owners and all you have to do is receive it. We love to see how a dog develops into almost a human as they grow older and wiser. The most important thing to having a pet is consistency. Sometimes you will screw up, all good parents do. The important thing is that you realize it, fix it and grow closer to your pet as time goes on. Pets love you love them back.
